Diagnosed again after 10 years symptom free

Just started Pentasa only 1grm twice a day, diagnosis 2 weeks ago colonoscopy and path test mild inflammation ileum,very nauseous in the morning, Iam taking a good prbiotic fish oil and aloe Vera juice still pain persists how long till drug kicks in.Am feeling not well!!

From my experience Pentasa took 2-3 weeks to kick in. I'm not sure how long it took others. I took the drug many years ago.
