Confused: Newly diagnosed with Crohn's

hi.... i am confused.because i am diagnosed with suspected Crohn's disease.
y symptoms are
1.troble in gas passing
2.loose motion
3.acute pain on 2-3 months intervel at site upper left side of tommy.
4. acidity with cramps
diagnose:-
colonoscopy with ileoscopy shows lymphnoid and ulcers in ileocecal valve
biopsy:- acute colitis
medications:-
budesonide cr 3mg tds
multivitamin
pre-probiotic
methylcobalmin with folic acid
anti spasmidic

Are you doubting the diagnosis or just want to clarify what your doctor said? Your symptoms coupled with the ulcers signal to me that it is possibly an appropriate diagnosis. You can always seek out a second opinion though.
