"fried" honey banana recipe

Hey Everyone!
I was craving sweets after a flare so i came up with this.. just 4 ingredients
-honey
-pinch of Cinnamon
-Banana
-Coconut oil

and oh man it is good.. if your tummy is better you can have it with Coconut Ice-cream (dairy free)

haha no but i am working now on sweet potato chip recipe.. one of the top 10 foods to help reduce inflammation in the body so i will share that next wend!

Are you on any sort of special diet?
no but i make things that try to help promote reduce inflammation and take out basic trigger foods to keep my stomach calm

Have you ever been tested before and after to see if he actually reduces inflammation for yourself or is is just personal choice so you feel well? I realize there's no better way to re-word that but my intent is complete curiosity.

What medication are you on as well?

It is from personally documenting what seems to help me no actual tests.
