Help reading blood test results please

Hi there I got my account setup online to check my bloodwork results online so I can see the results. I'm a bit confused about what it says about the B12 levels. I don't know if its normal or high or whats going on. Also I think thats iron underneath it. I attached a picture of the results

Thanks for your help!

Vitamin B12 level is showing as high. Are you taking supplements?

Ferritin level is in range.
No I'm not taking any supplements. I take a multivitamin and drink an ensure shake everyday. It says "Interpretation: Serum B12 [Probability of symptomatic deficiency]"

I thought that meant it was low!

The B12 level is 945 and the H next to it means high.

The interpretation is saying that probability of deficiency is rare when B12 level is greater than 220.
