Colonoscopy results?

So I had one today after 3 years of being symptom free after surgery.

Doctor said no active Crohns, and we couldn't hope for better results.

However when I when I got home I was looking at the papers he gave me and pictures and I see noted in a few places was quiescent Crohns disease. Is this just areas where Crohn's once was? Does this mean I'm in remission?

Here is the actual note that concerned me:

Inflammation characterized by scattered small pseudopolyps was found scattered in the sigmoid colon, in the descending colon, and transverse colon. When compared to previous examinations, the findings are quiescent Crohn's.

It means inactive state but I suppose it means it's there and needs to be continually monitored. Great news.

Isn't that the best news? Since there is no cure isn't inactive the best case scenerio?
