Low fecal calproctectin

Hello,

In August 2015 I had a fecal calproctectin, which was 65. In December I then had a colonoscopy which showed ulcers at my anastomosis and my GI said she thought my small bowel looked "withered".
I started budesonide in January 2016, and then moved onto prednisolone in March as I didn't feel the budesonide was helping.
In early April I had another fecal calproctectin and it was 70. I started azathioprine in April and have been on 50mg since then (4 months now).
I stopped the prednisolone in May. In June I did another fecal calproctectin and this was 60.

Throughout being on sterioids and azathioprine my symptoms have remained unchanged - I feel crap!

How can I feel so rubbish every single day but have these results? My blood tests previously showed inflammation but have all been normal since March.

GI thinks I am doing well and has no plans to do a colonoscopy or imaging for some time!

Not sure but you may need a colonoscopy or some other test run. Also, have you had any blood work done? Keep us updated.
