For those of you who have had success with Humira healing your fistulas - how long did it take? I have been on it since March, and on weekly doses for a least a month, and it's not helping my fistulas. Wondering if I should give it a bit more time or try something else (already done Remicade, can't go back).

For me, it took less than a month for them to close but Aldo less than a year for them to reopen :$
Its not helping mine at all. 
I started Remicade first, which worked but had to switch to Humira after so many years of stopping/starting Remicade.
A recent MRI shows complex fistulae in the anal area and another on the otter labia majora that "communicates" with the complex set. All internal. All developed (I assume) since being on Humira for the past 2 years.

Ah, crap. Sounds a bit like me. Anything to be done surgically? I am waiting for a surgical consult.Its not helping mine at all.

The clinical trial is for a drug similar to Stelara, but it only targets IL-23 instead of both 23 and 12, so apparently less infection risk. MEDI 2070 is the name of it for now. Phase 2 trial, for people who have failed on the Anti TNFs.

While taking H on a 2 week schedule, my fistula would comme very close to closing but at ten days it would open again.
After going to a ten day schedule the fistula closed in two days.
