B12

Hello I am b12 deficient and my level is 123 pg/ml , I am taking b12 shots once a week. But still I sometimes feel numbness on my legs . What to do
 
My understanding is that you need B6, iron, and something else for your body to use B12.
My family doc has 2 different shots at his office B12 and B complex.
I find the B complex has a quicker and stronger pick me up.
