I did a 4 liter prep and my bowel movement is watery and yellow like urine! What does this mean

That means that you are clean and ready to go. You WILL have a yellow look to your BM after you are clean.

I had a colonoscopy and mine was yellow also and that means you are good to go, you are empty! I had my colonoscopy last Friday and that is how mine was towads the end, it looked like yellow pee....

Mind you it's not so nice doing the cleaning lol. 
4 litres of of Klean Prep? :O really! :O I could only manage 2 litres but thankfully it was suffice. That stuff is the devil in a jug, disgusting, I couldn't finish a sup of it without heaving, never again!!!!
