Can anyone share a simple, pre-teen friendly, food log? The concept seems overwhelming to DD. We need something user friendly (even an iPhone app or way she could use Notes to keep track). Hoping someone's idea will be way cooler than mine .

Thank you!I just did the days of the week across the top. The next line down I did the date so that no one got confused.
Then down the side I put Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. On the bottom, my dd added water and pain level. That way we can look for a pattern to see if anything specific is causing her pain.
