I've noticed over my years and years of having crohns little things happen to me right before I get a nice big ol flare. Like, my left elbow aches, I get these weird headaches, and a bunch of other things. Well, in the past week all these things have been happening to me.
It's not that I am worried about a flare up. It's nice having "warning signals" so I can prepare like putting the GI doctors number on the number one speed dial. But on the other hand, it's like the disease is just a giant tease that like to play head games.
Sorry I had to vent, I am just a little pissy and moody right now.
