Is it okay to eat the followings

Hello everyone,
I'm wondering if its okay to eat special k, rice krispes, corn flakes and chickpeas?
I'm a crohnie and i want to know if it will hurt me

Hi. It is all very individual. Some have issues with grain products and corn.

I agree with Optimistic. I think you should maybe get tested for what foods may or may not affect you.

I would just try small amounts of one food item at a time,and see what happens.
