NO problem it is where I learned the bad things that cause major flares but I was on slow satellite and missed the ending, but I have higher speed now

January 2011 - Inflammation downgraded from moderate-severe to mild with no symptoms!
January 2014 - adopted a mostly Paleo diet
May 2015 - still in remission!

Hearing about the history of Crohn's makes me think "Wow we're lucky to have all of these treatments at our disposal." But then again thinking of, say 10 years from now makes me think "Wow, these treatments will seem really outdated soon."
I'm so excited and impatient to see how treatments advance in the future. I'm tired of this disease controlling my life!
