My Support Groups:
Got my Doctors' note.....

Thought I would post the relevant info here in case anyone else needs to get documentation - this is the letter I just got to give to my employer.....

.......Her current condition for which she is receiving therapy places her at significant risk for infection. She is on immunosuppressants and therefore should avoid situations and contact with personnel and people who may be ill with communicable diesases. If you have further questions.......

Now, hopefully my bosses won't bug me!
