I used to do yoga, which made me feel quite good, but I stopped after a series of flares knocked me down. I really should get back into it. Lately I've been walking a lot, as I just got a dog with the intention to take her on nightly walks. So far it's been mixed results, some nights after we get home from walkies I feel good, but other nights I feel totally exhausted and my guts aren't too happy. If I could afford a gym membership, I'd definitely try swimming or at least sit in the hot tub.
