I have been contacted by Crohns and Colitis UK about a study they have going at the moment on IBD and employment.
They have asked to pass the information on to anyone that I know who suffers from IBD.
In order to take part you need to live in the UK, be aged between 16 and 65 and be diagnosed with either Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis.

They say it takes about 20mins to complete.
I have just done it and it didnt take me long.
