WTF I hate viruses

Hey guys I have been feeling kind of sick all week. My dad got this virus which caused him to have D for four days. I kind of felt weird on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I started to feel a little worse. Then Thursday I was at volleyball practice and I felt like I was either going to pass gas or shit. Then last night I woke up at 3 and shit again and the same at four. Then I kept having the same thing during the day today. The crap is strange though, it just comes out when I pass gas and I crap a bunch of pellets. It is horrible though cause everytime I go I feel like I have to go again. I don't know whats going on. I am eating toast with butter and 7up. Do any of you all have any other remedies for this. I was thinking about taking imodium but the last time I had it the stomach painsI got lead me to cry and I was bleeding a lot. I have no blood and no stomach pains just a constant achy feeling and bloated.
Thanks for any help

Maybe it's better to skip the butter if you think you have a stomach virus, just dry toast is best for the guts and flat gingerale usually works better then 7-up or could also eat some ginger, that's a natural remedy for a bad tummy (it's actually suggested for IBD and IBS too). And soup, especially chicken noodle.

Feel better soon!

I found out what happened. Basically I don't have a virus but I had an irregular stool. It got stuck at the bottom of my rectum and since I started volleyball this week. The constant running, jumping, and flying on the ground loosened the stool so that it became pellets. Today after a week of hell I had a normal bm and now I just have to get everything out so I can be back to normal.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was going to try that but I realized I should probably lay off of the bread so it stops binding. I stopped eating apples which is probably the culprit.
