Anyone tried MSM tablets?

I've been taking MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) tablets for the past 2 weeks and have noticed a significant difference in my stools. Its now more bulky and near normal.
This is normally used by people with arthritis and other illnesses as it is said to reduce inflammation, so it may have helped my crohns. I've also noticed by skin and hair condition to be better also.
Anyone else have had any experiences?

You can buy it from any health food shop or online.
I'm currently taking 3000mg a day

Have you tried fish oil. It is supposed to be the best thing to take plus it will help with your joints.
