Running and ulcer pain

I`ve been running and bicycling for more than two years now, and now I`m starting to get diarrea and stomach pain where the crohns ulcer is after running. I got "diagnosed" four months ago.

Is this how it usually works for people with crohns??

Should I not run?

I don't have Crohns, I have another form of inflammation in my gut, but I have trouble running. I've switched to lower impact forms of exercise. Running is painful enough without the gut pain :)
