I'm most ill with my gut in the evenings after dinner, and before bed I slowly develop a sore throat. It stays with me all night and is usually gone by morning (except today, it's mid afternoon and still got it.)
I haven't taken any throat sweets for it because it's usually gone by morning and i'm most asleep at night so it doesn't bother me too much.
I drink lots of water whilst asleep (yes definately just water!) and it hurts to swollow.
I was wondering if it was just a sore throat that you just get sometimes or if it's in any way linked to the gut problems?
