TPN reduce CD symptoms?

I am severely malnourished and should be getting TPN soon.

Will this help my CD symptoms? What should I expect?

I am getting TPN, however, not total, I am also getting EN. My symptom is half obstruction, so TPN lets me no symptom. But I don't think it's an treatment, it's just supplyment and could not last for a long time.
