I'd appreciate information re diet

Although I do not have Crohns, I struggle with the aftereffects of chemo and radiation re colo-rectal cancer. I am hospitalized frequently because of blockages caused by adhesions and a friend suggested I might try going on the same kind of a diet as those with Chrohns. I welcome your input.
