Antidepressant blood test - CYP450

Has anyone had an AmpliChip CYP450 test (cytochrome P450) to help determine which antidepressant may be effective for you?

I've struggled with depression for the last 15 years. When I began treatment, I started taking SSRIs although they all caused severe diarrhea so I switched to SNRIs which have not been very effective for me. After researching GI friendly antidepressants, my med provider agreed to treatment my depession with Savella (off label use). It's an SNRI for fibromyalgia... anyone else on it?

Sorry I've never taken that one and I've never had a test to see which would work for me, just trial and error. I hope this new one works for you though.
