Which diseases mimic crohn's disease.

Just wondering how big I can make my list of diseases that can be mistaken to be crohn's disease.

-Ulcerative collitis
-IBS

-Intestinal tuberculosis
-Whipple's disease
-Yersinia
-Celiac
-Behçet's Disease (didn't know that one)
-Entamoeba histolytica

Any more?

The first doctor who saw something wrong in my small intestine mentioned this disease:

My Support Groups:
Chronic Granulomatous Disease ( C.G.D.)
GI disease in 46/140 patients - similar to Crohn's pathology

Common Variable Immune Deficiency ( C.V.I.D.)
Cololnic lesions like Crohn's in 43%
Interesting to note - the treatment for this disease, namely IVIG treatments, are more effective than any other treatment I've ever heard about for Crohn's - but no-one talks about it.

Pseudomembranous colitis

this is a typical manifestion of c difficile infections, which are also similar to ibd.

as far as i am aware you can have a c difficile infection without colitis, but very often c difficile infection occurs with colitis.
