Iv had crohnes desease since 1995 and have bled before from the rear but I'm getting worse and am worried now as its not nice 
any ideas ?

Hello Lorraine and welcome to the forum. How long have you had the bleeding again? Have you informed you GI about it? Are you having other symptoms along with this? What meds are you on for your crohns? When was the last time any tests were done to check on how things are doing inside?

Like Angrybird above, I wonder if you've discussed this with your gastroenterologist? It may be time to change your treatment regimen so it's best to discuss this with them.
What medications are you on at present?
