Colonic Olympics

Everyone else has been wowed by the athletes' achievements, we have been forgotten.
We don't come into the Paralympic group so I propose we have an ongoing record of achievements within our catagory!
I earned myself a gold last night for the 10 metre dash...if enough of us get together we could have a relay!

I got a Silver for a marathon week at work. Was hoping for Gold, but I only work four days

It should be a gold, definately. I can't go to work!

Reckon I could beat usain bolt in the transit time of food through my system as it seems to come back out after a couple of hours. Now there's efficiency for you!!
