I am new to this forum and have had crohn's disease for close to 2 years. I am trying to find out what I can do to make this process easier. I currently live in Indiana and I am 31 years of age. I am glad to be a new member and I look forward to meeting new friends with similar problems.

Hey Joshua,
I notice you aren't on any actual meds to reduce inflammation. With your diet, are you having your GI monitor you to make sure you get the inflammation under complete control?
