I find that if I don't have an hours sleep in the afternoon I end up absolutely exhausted. Do any of you have the same problem?

I can't sleep during work, but I sure do on the weekends. Even if I feel good when I wake up and start to get stuff one, I am left utterly exhausted and feeling sick and have to go to bed.

Every day, going to bed seems like the highlight of my day

I don't even sleep at night let alone during the day haha. I don't know what it is but if there is even a little bit of light I can't sleep. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a nap though

I NEED at least 20 minutes every day to rest....and if I am super busy during the week, I can't do anything over the weekend but sleep and lie around. My body craves it.

Just had by B12 dosage upped today from 1/2cc to 1 cc (1 ml). We will see if it offers any help at all....
