Great North Run

Hi everyone I have just booked on the Great North Run in September for Crohns and Colitis UK, I have had Crohns disease for 21 years now and am currently on infliximab and 6mp, I have had many operations and had my ileostomy reversed a year ago. I havnt done any excercise really for a lot of years so have a lot of training to look forward to! I cant start at the moment as am suffering from an abbcess and am waiting for it to be drained, wish me luck x

I put in for that many years ago, i didn't survive my first training session without extreme swollen legs and a desperate need for the lool. But good luck, and win it for me lol.
