Anti-inflammatory meds and carpal tunnel

Do any of the anti-inflammatory medicines (besides steroids) like the biologics or immunosuppressants help with inflammation and pain associated with carpal tunnel syndrome as well? It would be a nice add on.

Biologics & immunosuppresants will not help with CTS pain and inflammation, due to the mechanism of how the biologics work. NSAIDs & narcotic pain killers should help. And I am thinking Neurontin may help as well.

I figured that's the case but it would have been a plus if it could. Do you know if cymbalta could help?
