I am eating so many healthy fats yet continue to stay the same weight or drop. Does anyone know what's involved in a fat malabsorption test? Maybe the whole issue is diarrhea but either way very frustrating.

Fat malabsorption test question

It may be a stool test where they look for fat globules. I am not sure if there is another but this is probably the most common one. Hopefully someone else will know more x
