Where to buy dry curd cottage cheese?

I haven't been able to find dry curd cottage cheese anywhere. Do any of you following SCD have a source for this?

Many recipes for SCD call for this and my dripped yogurt just doesn't fit the bill.

I was never able to find it, but we started the SCD with a dairy free version and stuck to that for a while. We have added hard aged cheddar cheese in the last few weeks.

I found recipes that didn't include those ingredients.

Trader Joe's usually has it, at least around here. Otherwise, in most recipes you can substitute ricotta cheese.
