i'm still alive. still going really well on the non-smoking (except i'm a grumpy bugger!).

just really busy at work and home at the moment

i miss the forums

saw GI this arvo (yaaaah, left work early!), everythings looking good at the moment.

he has also given a green light for me to try LDN if i still want to, so some more good news there. we just have to wait to find someone in my town that can create the LDN properly

he didn't think my idea of 50mg tablets, a hammer and scales was the best idea

so thats some good news if wifey and I want to consider getting rid of the methotrexate and contraception one day

but it would be hard to turn my back on my current meds at the moment, they've been going so well... what to do, what to do????????????????

and ladies, my grumpyness is been caused by several life factors at he moment, minimal cigs are no longer an issue for my personality

if anything, i'm getting a bit annoyed by my crohns that i cant just go cold turkey with smoking. but any way to quit is good
