My Support Groups:
[Submitted] Elimination Diets

Many people with IBD eliminate a number of foods or some food groups in order to reduce symptoms.
Do you think there are any specific diets which are better than others in reducing pain or symptoms? (SCD, low residue, etc.)
Or do you think it is mostly an individual basis?
