[Submitted] Does Crohn's Disease Cause Depression?

Diagnosis, vitamin deficiencies due to malabsorption, disturbed sleep patterns, Crohn's symptoms, side effects from medications etc can cause someone to become depressed but does the disease itself cause depression or is depression simply common due to all the possible ways one with Crohn's disease can become depressed?
