We use this stuff called, Light Life. We basically just use it in place of hamburger and have put it in our spaghetti. What we do is cut up vegetables such as: onion, celery, asparagus, and broccoli. Put the cut up onion in a skillet or Wok with a little oil and cook till clear. Then, put in the other vegetables and cook till tender. When the vegetables are tender then you can put in the sauce, a little black pepper for seasoning & tofu and cook till everything is hot. Serve with noodles.
