Started Beachbody, a new chapter in my life

I am fortunate to know one of the cast members of Shaun T's insanity program. Him and his wife are beachbody coaches and I have decided to join their team and start to get in shape. I am not doing insanity as that is too much for me but I am doing another program called Focus T25, also by Shaun T. I started on Monday and I already feel better. I have lost 4 lbs (water weight) and a lot of the bloating around my stomach. I am looking forward to seeing the results from this program, just hoping I can stick with it!

Hi Afidz, I'm happy to hear you're able to start an exercise program and I hope it does you a lot of good. What does the program entail? Is it mostly cardio?

Hope it continues to go well for you. I can't wait until I am able to exercise again.

Cat, its everything, the idea is you move constantly for 25 minutes. Everyday there is a different workout. Here is a youtube video talking about it
