Scared!

Hi! I've been in the hospital for 6 days with diarrhea, fever and abdominal pain. My stool ruled out bacterial and parasite infection, had a colonoscopy where they found micro ulcers and inflamation, and then they took a biopsy, in my diagnosis is written (Crohn's Disease?). In all my live I never had diarrhea or other symptons and in the days before the accident I think I eat something bad for me. Sorry my English, I am portuguese. Do you think is certain I have Crohn's?

My Support Groups:
A colonoscopy is the gold standard for diagnosis of crohn's.,and biopsies confirm it.

The biopsy result will confirm the diagnosis.
It certainly looks as though the docs think it is.
