Avascular Necrosis of the knee and Training

So this summer was diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the knee due to preds, This summer I could easily deadlift 265, hack Squat 315, Leg Press 315, Leg Extension 225,

Now, after about 6 weeks of no impact, etc via doc orders, etc, no he wants to see reaction to light training etc

Leg extension, can't even do 25 pounds, However less pain walking up the stairs

Any other exp with avascular Necrosis of the knee?

Hi TexasCoach and welcome to the forum!

I do not but I did a quick search by using the search function on the upper left of the forum and found an older thread from 2010 with a member who does: http://www.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=9884 I don't think butt-eze is active anymore but no harm in trying to tag them here. Are you doing physical therapy at the moment?
