Pentasa, increased appetite, joint pain

Hi, I have been taking Pentasa for 9 months. I have found 2 things. My joints and bones hurt nearly every day. I have a huge appetite that seem pretty consistent all day and have gained 30 lbs. Am looking for feedback on this. Some additional little minor things...my hair seems thinner...my eyes seem often bloodshot....I get sore areas in my throat or inside mouth from time to time.....headaches have increased. Have some GERD at night but we eat late. Is any of this related to Pentasa? Asking for feedback please.

Adding: I am embarrased to say that I just realized I'm supposed to be taking 8 pills a day and I'm taking 4 all this time. I have had no Crohns symptoms since my resection a year ago.
