My Support Groups:
Plugged

Soooooo I tend to deal with a TON of C I literally can go a week without having a movement, and then to have one it requires me taking a full does of a lax, possibly even taking another dose the next day. C certainly does not help with other pain, just kinda adds too.....ok my point. I HATE taking a lax to get myself moving does anyone know of natural ways to get things going? I am GF/DF and soy free so it does have to fit(or be easy to modify) thanks! Open to any ideas that would aviod taking stupid lax to be able to poop

Constipation is not the easiest thing to deal with. I've dealt with it too. Here's a website I found that has quite a few ideas. I'm hoping this might help at least a little. Good luck.

Pentasa 1000mg 2xday or Mesalamine DR 1.2gm 2xday, Canasa Suppositories (when needed) 1000mg 1xday, Tylenol 3 with codeine 300-30mg (when needed)

Non-Meds:
600+D Calcium 2xday, Multivitamin, 65mg Iron 1xday, Fish Oil 1000mg, Vitamin D3 5,000 I.U., Eye Drops 2xday
