Saw this great guest post on Kris Carr's Crazy Sexy Life blog the other day.

Has anyone had experience with this type of diet or read Paul Nison's book that she is referring to?

I haven't, but I came across this book while searching amazon for books about Crohn's. It's in my wish list:

I plan to make a decision about trying the diet once I've read the book. I'm already vegetarian and have done the vegan thing before, so I figure it's probably worth a shot.
