Fistula or abscess on back?

I have CD and have had abscesses, but none that turned into fistulas. One real big one internally and others on butt and legs. (one on outside had to have surgery,as did the internal one). Now I have something that was tiny and according to a dermatologist was a cyst. it didnt hurt and was there for months. During the last few days it started hurting and is growing and is looking like a boil /abscess. Weird thing is that it's on my back, by my kidney area (right side). The abdominal pain I get is also on the right side, level with that area. I know sometimes a boil is just a boil, and everyone gets them, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if this could be CD related. Thanks!

Hi Suby. Not sure about this and I've not had an external abscess/fistula. Seems that a wee bit strange that it's been there for so long and has decided to 'develop.' It is it inflamed and hot around the head of the boil? Is there a hole of any sort in the middle of it?
