Your list is quite accurate; however, it's probably the top 11 list of things which said to people with Crohn's disease.

Here are some more (all of which I've personally heard):

Work

"Please tell me in advance the next time you're going to get sick."

"If you're so sick, why don't you go on disability" (thanks for "accommodating" me, you jerk!)

"You're only feeling bad because you're thinking negative thoughts/letting stress get to you."

Dating life

"Nobody [else] will want you because you're defective."

I have to laugh at the "Please tell me in advance the next time you're going to be sick." because I have heard a version of that myself. I really wanted to respond, "Sure, just let me consult my crystal ball..... yes, it looks like a good time for my to get sick is right after I win the lottery." But I wanted to keep my job.

Some people are just annoying.

Yeah, that one's just dumb. The boss who asked me to tell her in advance the next time I was going to get sick had a toddler in daycare who also got sick all the time, as kids in daycare tend to do. I told her that I'd start telling her when I was going to get sick as soon as she could start saying in advance when her child was going to get sick. She said "touché" and then quit with that line of reasoning.
