Can you get abscess with no Rectum?

I have Crohn's disease and had a handful of abscesses while having a rectum....But have not had any since my illeostomy and rectal removal....Is there anyone here who has had an abscess without a rectum? I am starting to feel some pain and little drainage

You can have an abscess in other areas as well. Where are you experiencing pain and drainage?
