Rectal advancement flap surgery?

Good Day All,
Does anyone have any experience with
rectal advancement flap surgery?

My fistulas have been making trouble and
I don't know what happens next?!?

currently 'enjoying' Metho, Remi gave me Lupus, Humira pens now weekly - jury still out?
whew, just a little Prednisone?

I have a seton in my fistula. My surgeon says nothing else has proven to work.
