Husband dx Crohn's 3/1993
currently none due to liver issues

Cool! Definitely worth a look see. I quickly read her rules and the only difference between her list of rules and the "clean anti inflammatory" diet we are following is ours has very, very limited dairy...only cheese used as a garnish on occasion and no fruit juices unless you are blending up a whole orange. Oh yeah and no pork...ever...sorry bacon lovers.
