Obamacare and ostomy supplies

I'm a supporter of Obamacare but I have noticed that since it's implementation I have all kinds of limits or exclusions on supplies. I had no problem ordering things last year. Anyone else face similar problems? It may not be Obamacare but I'm not sure why the sudden change.

So far I have not noticed any changes with my insurance regarding ostomy supplies. I'm still working on paying the yearly deductible.
