Pancreas trouble? structure? HELP PLS

I'm having a flare and in hospital getting treatment. Today I woke with very bad pain in my left abdo that radiates down my hip and into my left testicle. It's worse when I stand out sit up and my back gets really sore. My crohns us in my right side, my ileum. I never had poison on the left like this before. I'm on IV Pred and flagyl for a few days. This is easy out of the blue. Can this be maybe pancreas, or something? I'm getting colonoscopy tomorrow morning btw.
