Posting Links/Information in This Section

When making a new thread in this section please add some quotes and even your own personal thoughts about the study/news/book etc in your post.

Many times when you just post a link, most people won't read it/watch it/check it out and wont learn anything from it because they might not have the time, the patience or may not feel well enough. If you quote the highlights and add your own thoughts your thread will hold more weight and more people will benefit from it.

Sometimes the title says it all but generally it would be great if everyone added more information.

Also when it comes to titles, please make sure that they make sense. There are a lot of long titles that could be condensed or confusing titles that could be reworded.

Here's a great example of a thread that contains an informative title, the links, their thoughts, quotes and even their translation of what they quoted:
EXAMPLE

You don't have to be as detailed but it would help everyone reading these threads. It also helps people to be able to contribute to the thread which would be great if we could get some discussions going on rather than a thread with a lonely link and no posts.

Thank you everyone.
